In my role as a cybersecurity analyst at Crown, my work is in both IT and OT security operations throughout North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC. My main focus is on incident response, and I work architecting and developing innovative systems, workflows, processes, and implementation strategies that can both enhance the quality of and heighten the efficiency of the work we do as the global SOC
